If it's true, it's not a beta it's a demo. No one makes a beta 3 weeks before launch. The discs will probably start being printed before this "beta" begins, the game will already be finished by then.
YES!!! can't wait. i've been putting off getting a second 680 or selling it and getting 780 because don't really need it but i'll see if this game is well optimized and take full advantage of high end power. hopefully by then ill be able to grab a nice 120hz 1440p monitor as well
