GB: "When the inevitable Assassin’s Creed 4 does come out- we all know it will- Ubisoft will need a make a few changes."
The next game needs better mission design because neally all the missions were forgettable. They also need to scrap those missions that involve you following someone without being seen or at least make the targets walk faster and not stop every 10 seconds.
Agreed. I'd also like to see a return to the more open assassinations of the first game rather than the heavily linear design seen in AC3. There's nothing wrong with linearity, but I certain prefered the more open style of the game.
Also, can we get back to actually stabbing people? Again, in the past games everything you did was just working up to the next big assassination, but in ACIII I seemed to do very little of actually assassination people. Mostly I just felt like everyones bloody minion.
The main thing that needs doing is actually testing for bugs before releasing it.
