Driving into 2013: a definitive guide to 2013's upcoming racing games

VVV: "If you’re a PC gamer pining for racing games, then 2012 wasn't really your year. Sure, there were cross-platform releases such as WRC3 and Need for Speed: Most Wanted to keep you entertained, but in terms of cutting edge PC-exclusives with glittering graphical prowess that brought your machine to a stuttering standstill, there wasn't much on offer.

This year is decidedly different, however. Because, at long last, PC-centric racing simulators are making a comeback, with a slew of high profile titles such as Project CARS, Assetto Corsa, rFactor 2 and RaceRoom Experience all jostling for position. (Assetto Corsa, Carmageddon: Reincarnation, GRID 2, Loco Cycle, PC, Project CARS, PS Vita, PS3, RaceRoom Racing Experience, Real Racing 3, Wii U, Xbox 360)

There are some really great looking titles here. With Grid 2 and Project CARS being top on my list. Forza 5 will be for the next gen xbox..perhaps a launch title?

I still would like to see WRC get released in the US,but I guess we will get the next DIRT game instead.or play Forza horizen's rally mode.

I can't wait to see next gen racing games like Forza and Gran Turismo.

Forza horizon is a great game and I would highly recommend it if you own a xbox 360. I'm not all that crazy about need for speed wost wanted. Its ok,but the game play of forza blows away anything else out there.
