Would you Have Played Bioware's Spy RPG?

OnlySP writes: Bioware are renowned for creating role-playing games that are set in dazzling worlds and universes. From the high fantasy and Baldur’s Gate and Dragon Age to the slick SF of Star Wars: Knights of The Old Republic and Mass Effect, they have proven themselves more than capable of tackling a range of genres set within both established and original IPs. However, in their chronicled history there is one particular style and setting that they have not dabbled in: the real world (or an approximation of it). But that doesn’t mean that they have never had the intention to. (BioWare, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

After the Mass Effect debacle and false advertising, NO.

You do realize that means, "YES," since this game would have been released prior to both initial Dragon Age and Mass Effect sequels, long before the embarrassment that was ME3.

If you want to see the WHOLE story, rather than this hit-baiting snippet, check out the original article.

@PockyKing: If you call that an editorial... it's still short and inconsequential--a baldfaced attempt to capitalize on an interesting tidbit from another site with the minimum investment of time or effort.

You know: textbook hitbaiting.

And by the way, when you post an article you've written (or your site, or w/e) on N4G, and then immediately jump on anyone who criticizes it... that's about as shameless and undignified as you can get. Good show!

This is an editorial that referecnes that article. Get your facts straight before you accuse a site of baiting for hits. Or maybe, even better, READ the actual post instead of just the title...

Again with the assumptions, no I did not write it, the length of an editorial does not matter. It's the content that's included with it. And why the fuck wouldn't I defend a piece of writing? You didn't criticize anything, you made an assumption without even reading the post.

If you had at least made a comment worth anyone's time I wouldn't have had anything to say, but when you blatantly accuse a site of baiting for hits I sure as hell hope that anyone who owns a site would debate it.

This is all I have to say to you as you're just like any other member on N4G who reads the title, and then makes stupid assumptions like the one you just made to create attention for yourself. Good show to you as well sir.

I don't know what Bio-ware is now that the doctors no longer run things. For me, it is a new developer that I will keep an eye on.

If it was pre selfish, lying, greedy Bioware then yes. Now.....nope

I would have bioware always makes the first game of a franchise amazing with tons of great rpg elements then they kind of ditch their starting fanbase and focus on the elements that didnt make the original great.

Nah. Pass

Yeah, I would have played it. I loved Alpha Protocol despite its flaws. A similar game by Bioware would be amazing.
