Xbox 720 comparison: IllumiRoom vs. September 2012 projection patent

This past week saw the debut of some next-generation tech from Microsoft and it certainly seems like it matches up with the patent that was discovered back in September of last year from the very same company. (Microsoft, Next-Gen)

I hope this tech maintains HD resolution for the display outside of the TV. That would suck if the resolution was low.

Same here. i also hope its bright enough to stand out in a well lit room even though ill always use it in a dim environment. I just wonder whats doing the projection myself. I want to see the hardware! Lol
