The surest way to assess the overall quality of a year in gaming is to take a look at the games one has played during that time and attempting to pick the titles that made the biggest impression; the games that left an indelible impression, be it because of their gameplay, their aesthetics, their plot or something else entirely... (Android, Gravity Rush, iPad, iPhone, Journey, Need for Speed Most Wanted, NintendoLand, PS3, Wii U, ZombiU)
