Nope is not
You're still angry over the ME3 ending aren't you.
lol. funny comment.
But ME is so overrated.
yes is more better for other plataforms
You apparently didn't watch the video. The only problem he noted was the unstable framerate. He says that other than the framerate, everything is is just as good or better. The framerate issue could be patched, but I doubt they will do it. The only thing that keeps it from being the best is the framerate stuttering.
lol (giggles inside)Ppl trying so hard to justify purchase smh. The professionals already examined this game and the outcome was..... well you already know!!!
At the end of the day does it really matter by this point If it's not better then the argument is going to be... "See the Wii U can't even handle a port" or "Even the Wii U port is worse on next gen cnsole" If it's better then it's... "Well I've finished the game so who cares" or "I don't care by this point I've already sold it since I cmpleted it"
yup . any system that offers to play the SAME GAME but at a different angle is gonna be better . ofcourse this game is better on the wiiU . . why? . because you can play it on the game-pad BUT INI DIFFERENT ANGLES, NOT JUST ON THE SCREEN = PLAY LOOKING DOWN PLAY LOOKING UP LAYING DOWN = DIFFERENT GAME-PLAY FEELING = DIFF FEELING = DIFFERENT FEELING = BETTER
How is the WiiU next gen when it's games are identical to last gen games?
It's only just launched. And if you weren't so ignorant you would realise they are far from ''identical'' to last gen games.
Blops 2 on wiiu - Dual screen multiplayer , Off screen play , Touchscreen map.
None of those features are on the last gen PS3 or 360.
I know you Sony drones are too narrow minded to think rationaly though.
Batman Is good on wiiu. It has all the DLC , some cool gamepad features , off scren play . And people keep harping on about graphics
But Batman on Wiiu used FXAA , it doesn't on ps3 and 360. And the framerate is on par with those consoles , but occasionaly it drops down to a horrible level.
Overall it runs smooth and well , with just the odd niggle.
Dont be mad bcus the wii u performs worse than its counterparts so nahhhhhh dude you need to stfu and stop always finding ways to give wiiu a pass. Graphics also look better on ps3/xbox version as per ppl that have analyzed all three so stop it. Gamepad doesnt make anything better only to ppl like you that use that to justify the purchase of a current gen system.
Same idiot that uses a 2d plat former game like trine and Rayman as a basis for graphical comparison against graphical benchmarks like Uc2/kz2 and 3 and Gow 3 games years old that still wipe the floor with anything out there lol
You've been living in lala land for a long time and all you do is make yourself sound dumber every time lol
Your comment has nothing to do with this topic.
...and with logic :D :D :D
I guess you do not remember how REALLY crappy ports to the 360 were for the first 6 months. People can argue all they want, but its true. Go back and read the port reviews for the 360...MOST say rushed, and lots of issues....
You mean ports that were made on changing hardware in less than a year? Yeah, those would totally look LOADS better than their current generation counterparts.
Its a port... It is a last gen game. They aren't going to spend 15 million dollars to completely rebuild the game from scratch for the Wii U.
A review I read recently explained how the gamepad acts like a bat computer in your hands and really helps to immerse you into the game. Here's a cut n paste from the review... "the key feature that truly defines this game and sets it apart from its previous iterations is the use of the Wii U GamePad and its seamless integration into the Batman universe. Working as a mini Batcomputer, the GamePad’s touchscreen allows players to check their in-game map, swap out gadgets and weapons, hack into password protected security systems, and even upgrade their character without ever leaving the action of the game. The second screen does wonders to increase the sense of immersion, almost as though you’re actually holding access to Batman’s arsenal. Because you don’t actually have to pause the game to gain access to your equipment, there is a sense of urgency while exploring the streets of Arkham City. It can be a daunting task trying to swap weapons while in the middle of a heated brawl with some villainous goons."
"Armored Edition makes heavy use of the GamePad's touchscreen to the point of saturation. All in-game menu items, from map usage to leveling up to selecting gadgets, are done on the GamePad itself, and much of it feels like an unnecessary hassle. Leveling up Batman's gear is particularly irritating, as you now have to swipe your way through unresponsive rows of tiny icons and unintuitive screens. Unlike with my previous playthroughs of the game, I've found myself not immediately going into the WayneTech menu to upgrade, because I simply can't be bothered to fiddle with the menus" -Destructoid Review Plus, scrolling through the Metacritic page shows that more people thought it was a bad move or were otherwise mostly indifferent. Metacritic Ps3/360 version: 95 Wii U version: 85
No offense, but citing Jim Sterling is like asking your dog to write you a letter of recommendation.
Let me guess....still upset over the AC2 review? Jim's reviews get to the point a thousand times better than any mainstream review. He doesn't make his pay pleasuring game publishers like them.
Jim Sterling's reviews are utter garbage. There's no validity in a reviewer who generates that much bias. I'll cite a specific example, and no, it's not the poorly written AC2 review. Jim Sterling gives Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 a near perfect score, saying that it refines an established formula that works well. Fair enough. He also reviews Mario Kart 7 with a 5/10, suggesting that the game is too much like its predecessors and does little to change the formula. Apparently it also has to do with his general disdain for Mario Kart games. I'm no genius, but I definitely felt that Mario Kart 7 changed more in its formula from the last iteration than MW3 did. There is seriously something wrong with the context and contrast in those reviews, I feel. If you're not going to bother to review games with some level of fairness then you shouldn't be given any attention at all. Sterling does some okay videos and editorials, but his reviews are absolute trash.
I hear it had some texture and frame rate issues. Hopefully that is because of it being a quick port than anything else
Some aspects of it are better. The gamepad is is put to great use here. If you own a WiiU, this would be a game to get. Some aspects don't feel quite as comfortable. I suspect its because of my time spent with the Xbox and the PS3 controllers. So I have to take that into consideration.
no the best version is on pc because that one get alot and i mean alot of costume mods i'm playing Batman AC with The Dark Knight Rises costume right now with the gfx on extreme setting
Bubble for maxed settings.
As someone who has the PC and Wii-U version.... Pros: Gamepad is nice for less screen clutter and better weapon switching. Also B.A.T. mode is a nice boost on the mini-bosses/bosses while playing hard mode. Con: Framerate issues and takes a bit to get used after playing the PC version. I got it for the Wii U cause anyone who has a beefy computer knows that Rocksteady has some issues with DirectX 11 on the PC with this game. Making it unplayable for some like me. Also got it cause I got none of the DLC for the PC and the Wii U had all of it.
Lol is the same game :)
Batman Arkham City PS3: 96
Batman Arkham City WiiU: 85
ZombiU - 77
Playstation allstars - 76
Journey 92 - GOTY (IGN, Gamespot) :D
Both of those games failed miserably especially Zombi U. Anyways that doesnt really matter since none of those two got game of the year from anyone. However Journey and The Walking Dead got several game of the year awards and neither of the appear on a Nintendo console. I hate to tell you this but so far the Wii and the Wii U had a horrible year in terms of quality titles (however the 3DS did great this year in terms of quality titles). P.S For your info my personal game of the year is a multiplatform title called Dishonored which didnt appear on the Wii and Wii U. @dani25pr Barely any better but your right its slightly better except in some parts the PS3 version looks better.
11% difference vs 1% difference really man
I have not played this on Wii U, but I did love the game for PS3. I guess my question for this guys opinion is, I get his point about the framerate issues, taking away some points, but he repeatedly states how "great" the gamepad is acting as the bat computer and Not having the game pause(which I hate)so he said there were "just some framerate issues" does the gamepad part which he spoke so highly of not make up for that little flubs here and there. I just traded my BOPS2 PS3 version in for the Wii U version because the gamepad was way cool for maps and multi-player. It is a bonus that it looks a little better on Wii U also no framerate issues...
I don't care if it's better or not. I've already beat the PS3 version of the game, have moved on to other games and have absolutely no interest whatsoever in revisiting the game.
Wow, Root (#4) must be psychic because he predicted your comment: "If it's better then it's... 'Well I've finished the game so who cares' or 'I don't care by this point I've already sold it since I cmpleted it'" I'm impressed.
