TouchGen: Slingshot Racing might seem an odd choice for runner-up in this category but it’s same-screen 4-player head-to-head mode is an instant classic. It’s Modern Combat 4 that takes the crown though, by once again offering up a great slice of online action, with a huge amount of customisation and fantastic map design that ensures that this will be long played until the inevitable next installment.
