Top 10 Things Gamers Complain About Too Much

Corey Moore writes, "I was never one to take the Internet too seriously when it comes to gamer bellyaching. At a glance the net is full of those are either never satisfied or absolutely have no idea what they are talking about. These are the types that begged ad nauseum for Phoenix Wright's inclusion in Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 and yet didn't bother to use him upon release. But most noticeable, these are the types who get together to complain about certain aspects of the industry – be it changes made to a beloved franchise or a particular level in a game they otherwise adore." (Bayonetta 2, Culture, GameCube, PS2, PS3, Resident Evil 4, Retro, Super Mario Sunshine, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time, The Legend Of Zelda: The Wind Waker, Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, Wii, Wii U, Xbox 360)

Better than AI Sheva/Chris wasting their ammo, never using an appropriate weapon in combat and prematurely using up full heal herbs.

Personally I think people complain about Call of duty too much. The haters have become worse than the fanboy's...

And Wind Waker was a masterpiece, sailing across the sea with this playing ... http://www.youtube.com/watc...
The best way to get around in a Zelda game in my opinion

"Personal Take: In my downtime, I read up on fans crying about every aspect of the game. From how easy the combos are compared to DMC3 to how the controls 'don’t do this and don’t do that' compared to DMC3…and how the weapons aren’t like those…well, you get the point. So basically everyone thinks the reboot is gonna suck because it’s not DMC3 when that's clearly not the case."

AHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Talk about understanding things with your a** rather than your head... This guy is like "I can't wait for DmC, I'm a big fan of old games btw LOLZ ;)" the 2.0 version.

The reason I don't play smash bros with people is because it's always: No Smash Ball, Final Destination ONLY, No Items
deafdani  +   649d ago
Yeah, that's how the pros play. Good thing I'm not a pro, and I LOVE me some randomness, so for me, random stages, all items on, Final Smash Balls and 5-stock matches are the way to go. :)
Tonester925  +   649d ago
I always thought if someone was a PRO they would be able to dodge all items and and Final Smashes. Also manipulate every stage hazard to make them more destructive. Hmm guess not
deafdani  +   649d ago
@Tonesters: nope, pros try to make the game as balanced as possible, which of course defeats completely the purpose of the Smash Bros series, ruining a big part of its charm, in my opinion.

Oh, I also LOVE tripping. When I found that out playing Brawl for the first time, I found it absolutely hilarious, and I don't want that to go away. I like my Smash Bros games goofy and zany, thank you very much.

I think they bitch about everything and I can do a list but don't feel like typing all of that

1. The Things That Matter
ElectricKaibutsu  +   650d ago
That Bayonetta 2 one always gets me. How can someone love Bayonetta just enough to yell and cry and write angry threatening letters but not enough to actually buy the video game console that plays it?
Sony360  +   649d ago
Because they don't want to spend hundereds just to play a sequel to a video game they have?
ElectricKaibutsu  +   649d ago
The classic argument: I don't want to pay hundreds of dollars for one game.

Honestly I get it, I'm just pretending I don't because it's stupid. It's a console war and Bayonetta went over to the enemy, the traitor. That's why the developers should be killed and Nintendo should be killed and impotent rage rage rage. In the end they're all boxes that play video games. If you want to play a video game your box doesn't play, buy a different box. Or don't and feel disappointed. There's no need for temper tantrums.

Funny how people hated on the water temple in OOT so much. It was honestly my favorite part of the game :)
greatcrusader44  +   649d ago
Only trouble I had was not being able to find a certain key that turned out to be in a tunnel under the block that raises in the center tower room of the temple. Since then I specifically remember the key there and have had no problems with the temple since. BTW Dark Temple FTW

The SSBB one annoys the hell out of me. I will never understand why people try to play that game seriously, and take all the fun out of it.
TruthbeTold  +   649d ago
I agree. While I am annoyed by the tripping, some of the stages interfere too much, and the healing items, I deal with it because the game is fun, and allows less skilled people to jump in. The 'Final Destination, no items, no smash ball' crowd take a lot of the fun out of the game.
