XMNR: "Minecraft" is essentially a title that lets you do almost anything and caters to different mindsets. The Creative Mode can allow the artistic to build gargantuan pieces of art from the game's blocks and the logical minded to make complex contraptions. As one Swedish mother reveled Saturday, it has helped her 9-year old son with Asperger's to learn how to read and write plus improved his social skills.
OT: Good for him, i love stories like these, just like the story a while back about GT5 teaching a guy recover his muscle control by playing GT5 on a steering wheel and pedals.
Touching stuff that should be publicised more =)
I went off games ( a bit) at about 16. Got really hooked on Mary J and Smokes , and then when I quit , Spending all my money and time on Games helped me quit....
Never looked back , Although Now I'm just as horribly addicted to gaming as I was Pot...
Halo for the colours
God of war for the epic
Battlefield for the OH SH*T factor
But in all seriousness it's good u got off it if u were addicted. I handle it in amounts (in Canada) so it's not a problem. Plus it's cheap here lol
Yeh , I'm from Manchester England. I'm 21 now , And I was smoking a couple of grams of the strongest skunk pretty much every day.
When I was 16 I partied too hard , did a whole load of crazy things and lost touch with the ''gamer'' within. But it was about the time I started to go crazy I decided to quit.
First off it was food , But then I turned to Gaming and the whole was filled.....
Quiting cigarettes, on the other hand, congratulations!!!
Thank you, Nintendo.
