Crysis 4: The world's first RTS MMORPG dating sim hybrid?

With the recent revelation that Crysis 4 might be something other than an FPS, Fraser Brown ponders the alternatives. Time travelling, nanosuit wearing Knights of the Round Table? A throwback to an arcade classic? A dating sim? An adventure game with a talking dog? It could be anything, even if it will most likely be none of those things.

That would possibly help, but taking it to the console didn't ruin it if that was their vision for Crysis 2, it was just a Crysis that would be easier to translate over to consoles. For it to be "Crysis 1-like" you're talking about a New York-sized city all in 1st person view with people running around and I don't think Crytek had that as their vision for the game as it would be unnecessary for moving the plot along, and in most cases a hindrance.

If they kept it on the islands, then by all means, keep it on the PC.

Put it back in North Korea...it acully had a story i could follow and crysis 2's story was just bullshit and left everything story-wise for crysis 1 and crysis warhead behind............

Follow the trees to create a time bloodthirsty NANOBERSERKER, a warrior without peer; the NANOACOLYTE, a guy who wears a dress and shoots lasers out of his sword; or Brian, a bard who sings songs to distract enemies.

Sweet, I always wanted to play as Brian the Bard in Crysis 1.
