Mobot: If you’re a fan of the American Footballs, you’ll be aware that things are really heating up – as we’re finally down to the last 12. Playoff time, baby!
As such, I figured I’d check out – and review – NFL Kicker 13. What’s that? I should’ve reviewed it at the beginning of the season? Shut it.
NFL Kicker 13 is from the same dudes as NFL Flick Quarterback, namely Full Fat. I’ll check out the latter in a few days, but for now we’re firmly focused on flicking and kicking.

Splitkick: NFL Kicker is the only licensed member of Full Fat Games’ line of flick based sports games. Alongside Flick Soccer, and the multiple Flick Golf releases, it offers Americans the opportunity to hit a ball they’ll find easier to identify. With familiar game types, an easy to justify price, and all of the NFL’s major teams, its a purchase waiting to be made by those that have already dropped a couple of dollars on the company’s other releases. Which is exactly how I approached it.
GameZebo: Ah, the glamorous life of an NFL kicker. You get little of the credit when you win, a big chunk of the scorn if you miss the game-winning boot, and girls only ask if you really know Aaron Rodgers. Actually, that's not glamorous at all, but Full Fat Games is doing its part for raising the profile of kickers everywhere with NFL Kicker 13 for iPhone and iPad. And yes, it's pretty much exactly what it sounds like.
