Microsoft Cracks Down On Unauthorized Halo-Branded Bullets

Kotaku - Any serious gamer who was watching the Discovery Channel's "Dual Survival" show earlier this week may have recognized the logo that appeared on a box of bullets that were briefly featured in the episode.

The box had the words "Halo-Point" on it, written in the font used for Halo, the phenomenally popular M-rated Xbox and Xbox 360 first-person shooter. (Culture, Halo, Microsoft)

Years ago I used to enjoy reading their articles. Now its turned straight downhill into the dumps. They certainly have alot of free time to find pointless things on the internet.

I thought that was an interesting article. Didn't know a bullet manufacturer was into trademark infringement on purpose!

I'm just waiting for FOX News to get wind of this, and report that MS is manufacturing and selling Halo branded ammunition to promote their games, and connecting them to the mass murders.

You would be wrong.

No, you would be wrong. You are confused over which network is the liberal, gun hating establishment. Fox news would report how those bullets were effectively used to stop an intruder whereas CNN would report how those bullets were turning teenage HALO players into mass murderers.
