'Trine 2' Director's Cut For The Nintendo Wii U Is Amazing

Forbes - Trine 2 has never looked so good or played so smoothly as it does on the Wii U. (Trine 2, Wii U)

Couldn't agree more, simply put, a great Wii U game that deserves it's review scores.

Very pretty game, and its nice to see that someone pointed out that the gamepad makes the game better than the other versions. Also it runs in 1080p that is something no other console could do. I also like the way it looks on the gamepad, beautiful, and the details are every bit as clear as my 55inch LED tv.

The Wii U version of this game is definitely the best overall, it includes all the enhanced effects present on PC version with a variety of excellent control options not available anywhere else. However there is a common misconception that this game runs native 1080p which isn't true. All textures are 720p on the wii u while the other consoles run some 720p textures and some variable lower res textures and without the enhanced physics and extra effects (not trying to start a fight here just stating the facts) This game is a great example of how much more powerful the Wii U really is which in reality is only slightly ahead of the current gen consoles.

This game is NOT an example of how much more powerfull the wiiu is than other consoles. It's a launch indie game which is 1.5GB in size.

They could of made this game way better for wiiu , but obviously were rushing to get it out for launch.

Gunna have to wait for a sual layered 50GB zelda game before we start condeming the system graphically. Launch titles are launch titles....

Well gosh I guess you have played it on Wii U?? All the way through. Yes it is better on Wii U, and I have it for PS3, but because I bought a Wii U I rented it for Wii U, Just like Bops 2, I wish I would have bought it on Wii U.. You CLEARLY do not know what you are talking about. The Wii U version is pretty much as good as a HIGH END PC...How much do those cost, and do they come with a gamepad???????? No My PS3 Version does not look or PLAY as well...and I have to say PLAY is the most important...

Also can't wait for the update which will add voice chat, pro controller support and enhanced color and contrast :D It was supposed to come in late December, better late than never.

I just got this game today it's amazing!

slowly people are starting to realize wii u is a really great system and it didn't even have years yet to be updated and tweaked to make it even better.

and I think all the systems out are great.and most people who hate on wii u don't know what it's is or haven't had any real playing time on it.

once people put away there fanboy side (which I have too)and just try and enjoy it they will see what a great system it is.
