Guardians of Middle Earth Review | Quarter to Three

Quarter to Three: "When I play a game called Guardians of Middle-Earth, I don’t mind so much that it’s a Defense of the Ancients clone that doesn’t do anything different or memorable. I have Awesomenauts and Monday Night Combat for that. I don’t even really mind that it copies a game I already have — League of Legends — so shamelessly." (Guardians of Middle-earth, PS3, Xbox 360) 1/5

lol what? 1/5 means it's broken and worthless.

This game is fun. It's addicting, it's well made, the graphics are nice, the animations are smooth.

The games lag for the first 2 minutes of the match. Then it's fine. Tons of strategy and differences in characters.

I'm not even a big LOTR fan...I'd rather it was something else but the game is fun..

Anybody who says it's terrible are just flat out lying to you, or being a troll.

Try out the demo....it was enough to hook me into buying the whole game.

I did like to play it! I have to admit the servers are crappy, but the gameplay is fun :)

What hurts this game is the network. It's all Peer to Peer & it ruins the experience, I love the game.

Started playing LoL last night, and I prefer the GOME style over LoL, it's not as micro manage with gear and so forth.

You do not have to follow a set style of gear like in LoL, there is wiggle room to adjust your char with the belts and gems.

A controller is way better than KB/M, just easier.

I will say the MASSIVE MASSIVE issue with this game is how the netcode works, it ruins the experience.

Should have been dedicated servers instead of P2P, or better P2P netcode, I can not recommend this game to anyone due to the lag issues.
