Hey! Listen - "A Love Passed On" (Valkyria Chronicles)

OnlySP writes:

'Valkyria Chronicles remains one of the very best games to be found on the Playstation 3, in my estimation, not least because of the incredibly evocative soundtrack that it features. It is full of amazing music, but few tracks that are more powerful or prominent than “A Love Passed On“.

'This is the English version of the song, performed by Hedy Burress, the voice actor of the character of Rosie, and composed by Hitoshi Sakimoto. It’s difficult to describe the role of the song within the game without spoiling it, but it plays at a pivotal point in the story, and particularly the development of the character singing. It captures the emotional strength of the events and inspires players and characters alike to move on. Even the video embedded below carries spoilers, so close your eyes while you listen to it if you must.' (Culture, PS3, Valkyria Chronicles)
