The Issue: Blizzard Forgot to Care

First the always-online DRM, then a botched launch with lacking end-game content, and now no PvP for Diablo III? If you ask Gamers Association editor Nick Cane, Blizzard truly doesn't care about its customers anymore. (Blizzard, Diablo III, PC)

My favorite part is the amusingly short comment section, who declares that the head of Blizzard is probably some sort of Bond villain, not realizing that in fact it is: Bobby Kotick, since the merger.
