Metro's Video Games Top 20 of 2012 – generations end

Metro: The accepted logic is that the end of a console generation brings with it the very best games, since developers have become so adept at wringing every last ounce of power from the hardware. And certainly this year has seen its share of great looking games, but despite the huge number of high quality games this still doesn’t feel like a classic year. (Culture)
