What steps have been put into place to prevent future occurrences?
We handle the biggest digital store on the net, with more than 4000 games and thousands and thousands of transactions every day. I can’t promise it will never happen again. I can promise though that we do everything we can to improve our system and support on a daily basis and when things like this occur. We value our customers and the relationship with publishers and I think most of us can understand and accept sometimes there are errors.
