Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition for PS3 Was Considered, Didn’t Make the Cut

Apparently a PS3 version of Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition was considered, seriously enough to get into talks with Sony about a possible port. (Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition, PC, PS3)

It is sad I do think it would have been great on the PS3. I even think a PSVita version would have worked really well. Maybe even better because of the touch screen.
