Hawken, Planetside 2 and Guild Wars 2..I know all 3 of those games are really fun but sadly I'm not a pc gamer, and the high cost and numerous inconveniences don't make things easier for anyone..
I am a console gamer, but he probably means having to update parts constantly to get the best quality. Even though consoles are behind, they are just one base price. A lot of people, including me, dont have money to constantly update graphics cards or other parts every couple of months or less.
lol you don't have to update every couple of months and if you want your games to look console quality you probably only need to update every couple of years. But I see what you are saying - I don't look at it as an inconvenience - it's an option to make your system better and your games better. An option you don't get with consoles.
Actually, I think he means that some PC ports just suck naturally. For example, the GTA 4 port for the PC is probably one of the worst ports ever. I can run it on 24 FPS, however, both the game and Can You Run It.com states that I should be able to run it on the highest settings, and faster than 24. That just means that the game is not compatible with my graphics card, and that's just annoying to say the least.
smh.
