Wow...this is really...unprofessional. Everyone wishing to conduct an interview that's taken seriously should add a yapping dog in the background, complete with interruptions.

Seriously, there's a time and place for everything and I think if you really respect your subject matter, in this case Mariel Cartwright, you'd take the necessary steps to ensure the conversation is fluid and uninterrupted. I watched the whole video, but dang if the initial moments didn't set the mood for the remainder of it.

It's unfortunate because there's some really great dialog going on, great insight on the business and opportunity.
