Game Informer 2012 Action Game Of The Year Awards

GI: As is usually the case, many of the year's biggest titles were first-person shooters. Despite this, 2012 also saw the release of several fantastic games that fit more snugly under the action umbrella. Read on to discover Game Informer's picks for our favorite action experiences of the year. (Assassin's Creed III, Asura's Wrath, Dishonored, Journey, Mark of the Ninja, PC, PS3, Wii U, Xbox 360)

A big hell yes for Dishonored!

I thought Dishonored played it way too safe with the story. Was never surprised by anything. I knew who was going to screw me over and why and so on. Was very disappointed with the story, but enjoyed the gameplay.

I enjoyed the gameplay for a long while, then it got very repetitive D:

Sneak grab dude and put to sleep , hide it repeat 100000000 times D:

It really lacked variety.
