1UP's Favorite Games of 2012: Dyad

1up.com: Dyad had more than its share of unfair competition; it launched on PSN around the same time as hype heavy Sound Shapes, and without music industry heavyweights like Beck and Deadmau5 attached to its name. But despite their shared roots in the rhythm genre, these two games couldn't differ more; Sound Shapes takes the form of a meticulously crafted platformer, while much of Dyad can best be described as "pure chaos" -- at least to the uninitiated. (Dyad, PS3)
