Gamecube BBA support: Gamecube games supporting online mode using Nintendo’s BBA (ethernet adapter) can now be played online on Dolphin. This includes Mario Kart: Double Dash 8 players mode support, as well as Phantasy Star Online.

I really want to try Dolphin, but it seems a bit complicated just to play some games... and I'm a computer scientist. Is it open source with code available? It's be nice if someone optimized it and gave it a friendly UI. Anyway, from what I've seen... it looks amazing. Maybe I'll look into it when I have some free time.

Yeah I'd like to play Windwaker on Dolphin, but I'm very cautious about what I put on my gaming pc.

It is pretty simple and easy to use to be honest, give it a go there is always guides on YouTube if you get stuck but there is nothing complicated about using it.

I completely agree with this guy. I got everything to work on the first go.

I would say once you get it up and running, you'll look back and wonder why it seemed daunting. I also took a while to take the plunge but now Im playing windwaker/twilight princess and xenoblade and they look amazing.

I know next to nothing about computers and got it running on my pc with no trouble. Doesnt run well but I got it running. Go to coolrom, downloade the emulator and extract the file. You will see the application icon in the selected files, click on that to open dolphin. When you download games, you also have to extract them, and again, coolrom is a great site to go to. You can configure a controller in the settings. Pretty easy to use tbh.

Yeah, just use a guide. Their own website has links to them. My only problem is my computer crashes after playing Wind Waker for 15-30 minutes. I wanted to record my gameplay but then I blue screened so it scared me. The emulator works but it's not agreeing with something in my computer.
