kotaku.com: Announced back during this year's Tokyo Game Show, Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX is a PS3 HD remaster of Kingdom Hearts Final Mix and it's sequel Kingdom Hearts Re:Chain of Memories—as well as a collection of CG cutscenes from Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. Today at Jump Festa 2013 in Japan, Kotaku East was able to get some hands-on time with the first playable demos of the games in this highly anticipated HD collection.

I hope they do something like this for KH2. The speed of light isn't fast enough to catch up to how quicky I would snap that s#!t UP!

Especially now that I finally have a ps3!

Technically Chain of Memories isn't the sequel to Kingdom Hearts. KH2 is the true sequel unless you count the spin offs in which case 358/2 Days would be the sequel since CoM is set in the middle of Days but I'm probably just nitpicking.

No kingdom hearts game is a spin off each is nesscary for the story to progress....except maybe re:coded.

Except for a few small parts, CoM was, typically speaking, not needed. KHII's intro basically summed up about 90% of CoM's story in just a few minutes.

To understand the game fully then all games are necessary therefore CoM is the sequel to kingdom hearts.

Kinda odd to not put KH2 in this. Man I remember first completing KH1. That was one powerful ending.

The funny thing about KH 1&2 final mix is that it still feels like a reverse import. lol
