The current Team that does Zelda is doing just fine. What the gaming industry as a whole needs right now is more diversity and creativity. We need less people doing what others are doing. The less saturation the better.
Leave big name IPs in the hands of their creators. There is more work to be done elsewhere.
I'd rather see something new from these guys, though. If they are increasing their staff then hopefully it means development will move along faster and we'll see the game at E3.
