Mass Effect 3 N7 Bounty Weekends go on hiatus, replaced with free stuff
Bioware is closing their offices for the weekend, and the N7 Bounty Weekends will not take place again until January 11, 2013. However, BioWare have prepared some special gifts for all those who log into Mass Effect 3's multiplayer, starting today.
(Mass Effect 3, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)
Free stuff? Are you sure? I was under the impression that we just get to have play all the Hazard Maps and the final 3 character's from Retaliation were made available for unlock from the store.
We have all the hazard maps, three new characters unlocked for 'winning' in the stores 'lottery' and two new packs we can purchase from the store.
There's nothing really free because you still have to buy it all. Unless there was something I missed?*
You make it sound like you get these unlocks just by logging in during the holiday. No where on the forum or their official blog site do they ever even suggest this. I'd be great if it was true though, I'm just wondering where you came up with this assumption.
*You can still get a free commendation pack and banner for completeing the "Prophecy" weekend challenge, but that's all. Also you only get one pack. You said "commendation packs" which implies you get more than one for completing it - you don't.
