Violence in Video Games and Entertainment: Why It May Never Bother Me

ZI writes: Look, I don’t think violence, killing, guns, are needed to create a great and engaging video game, movie, or entertainment spectrum. I love games like Journey, and family comedies like Ice Age always seem to bring a smile to my face. However, this whirlwind of debate is cropping up on the net ever since 20 innocent children were murdered (if you don’t know what I am talking about, stop reading). The media has tried to blame violent video games. Of course, logically we know this is akin to blaming the gun, not the person. We always look for reasons to explain things, and since this person committed suicide after the deed was done we may never know the motivation behind it. (Call of Duty, PC, PS3, Xbox 360)

When he said "This isn’t even remotely realistic" i wanted to say this to him "Try not to compare a disgrace to the FPS genre with reality"
