with so many KH games if Final Mix isn't in this collection it will be in the next one. its all about greediness. why can't they make a collection like KH1-2 in one collection than so on. but its 1.5 now than 2.75 later than 1.0 after that and 2.23 last
no wonder why SE have dropped off so much, they are so disconnected with their fanbase. but its not only them most of publishers from japan are in their separate world and that's why a lot of them are loosing money or not making as much as they should be

that fact that it is the final mix in japan is whats making me think that we wont get it in the west, really hope we do though as would like to play through it again in hd, fingers crossed!!
I still get mad whenever this is brought up. These HD re-releases are by and large an awesome deal, but SE had to come along and not even release KH1 & 2 together in the same package.
It's purely monetary, don't let them tell you otherwise.
So this is going to be released...And I still haven't heard any info on FFX HD which was announced earlier than this! Whatever, I'm still getting this and FFX HD regardless, its just I don't know what Square is prioritizing anymore.
This will mark the first time that Kingdom Hearts has appeared on a non hand-held console since this generation began. I have a feeling that not only is Square Enix going for a quick bit of revenue gain with this and subsequent collections, but they might be testing the waters for the franchise on home consoles to see if that could be a potential investment for them in the future.
Seven years without a brand new game in the market of home consoles could have Square Enix wanting to see if people are still interested in the franchise.
Tried it and never got into it. It's too much a mind fuck for me. Couldn't handle the reasons and what Disney characters are doing in FF world. Crazy mix of characters and world's, not for me.
kingdom hearts 1 and 2 look freaking awesome in hd, you can play them already if you own the originals, just gotta grab pcsx2, run the config and put the disc in your pc's dvd rom drive
(make sure to watch in 1080p, keep in mind, it looks even better on an actual pc when you're actually playing it, youtube downgrades pc quality bigtime)
specs you need;
decent dual core cpu 2-4gb ram (4 preferably) gtx 8800 or so, 550 ti will max it, even a 260 is more than enough
plus you can grab awesome games like ffx, ffxii, persona 3 and 4, silent hill 4, whatever, literally 98% of ps2 games work that i've tried, what bums me out it my copy of champions of norrath and part 2 both play really messed up, weird missing graphics, it sucks, so i just play them on my ps2 :(
but, i've tested like 100 of my ps2 games and those are the only 2 that don't work right
I'll bet they announce a Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD Remix or something with the remaining game content. Minus Kingdom Hearts 3D i am guessing, since that is rather new, i wouldn't imagine that this soon after it's release it would be re-released let alone on a different console.
I'm betting a 2.5 would have playable HD versions of Birth by Sleep and Kingdom Hearts 2 along with a remastered HD movie of the cutscenes and events from Coded. That way it would match the content that is in this first release.
