Best family-friendly games to buy for Christmas 2012

guitarded77  +   149d ago
There is a difference between family friendly and kid friendly. The majority of the list is kid friendly, but a family friendly game needs to be suitable for vast age groups, and offer some type of local co-op multiplayer component. Many of the games on the list are single player experiences too, which isn't really family friendly.

Nintendo Land, Sports Champions 2, New Super Mario U, Dance Central 3, Just Dance 4, etc, etc... those are family friendly games. They have New Little King's Story on the list which is a great game, but it is a solo experience... that doesn't bring a family together.
