How To Setup LittleBigPlanet 2 and the PS Vita for Cross Controller Play

LittleBigPlanet 2's Cross Controller PS Vita feature is a pretty cool thing, if you can get it to work. Check out our guide for this as well as for getting remote play to work.

Download the Cross Controller pack on your Vita and PS3.
Install them.
When in LittleBigPlanet 2, from your popit select "Cross Controller".
Then select "Remote Play" on your Vita, then "Cross Controller"

Done. Next time, skip steps one and two. How could it be simpler?

Really? all that for cross controller play for 1 game?!?. Should have been a great deal easier and a default feature of the PS3/Vita combo otherwise it will be a seldom used feature.

Once you have it set up, you are good to go with any games that use the feature in the future. The process should help work out any remote play bugs which will co9me in handy if/when the game pause and resume feature ever gets used.

Woah, that is a very long process.

What it should be:

1. Download LBP2 update from the store
2. Download update for Vita
3. Everything works, go and play the game
4. ?????
5. Profit

I NEVER had an issue setting up remote play for psp as well back in the day for the poster above. i still own my LocationFree LF-V30 HD Basestation for psp if anyone interested jn watching tv on their psp sincd i can't usd it on ps vita.
