In this video feature, Game Informer editors Andrew Reiner and Matt Bertz talk about their time in the world of Dishonored.
i really enjoyed it and through the gameplay was amazing but the story was ok at best. but this could be one of the best series, now they have the basics down for next game they can make huge improvements
Yeah, I think a lot of that had to do with the whole "silent protagonist" schtick. Not saying it can't be done, but it's difficult to write around a character that never speaks and I think they created more hurdles than they jumped by making Corvo an emotionless spectator during the story bits.
The game is good. Save for the AI.
The AI is fine... at least relatively.
They feel dumb to me. But I suppose it is difficult to make good bots/AI. The only company that comes to mind for good bots/AI is Valve and Arkane isn't Valve. Well, I feel the sneaking aspect of the game is made easier because the AI is fairly dumb. They don't know how to look up.
I don't know what you're talking about, they look up all the time from my experience. Also, I can name many games that had better AI than anything Valve ever made, F.E.A.R and MGS3 for example.
Very good game, pleased it's going to be an IP.
I think it's a good game. Could have been better
i duuno why but i platinum the game but still want to do it again >.< .. maybe because im bored , i completed all the games i have >.< ...
