everybodyplays.com: At its heart, LEGO Lord of the Rings will be comfortably familiar to anyone who’s played one of the games in the past. With levels that are an equal mix of platforming, character-switching puzzle solving, and smashing/rebuilding, the basics of the game remain as entertaining, and universally appealing as they ever were.
