Final episode of G4's X-Play to air in January

The last episode has been taped, and will air in January according to the G4 website. (Culture, G4, Industry)

G4 died a long time ago TBH when they stopped being a gaming channel and started airing a bunch of Cops. Still, might be worth a watch to pay homage to the old days.

G4 died when it fused with TechTV. I remember the classics like Judgement Day, G4TV.com, Icons, Arena, Cinematech and even Starcade...

What those bastards did to this channel is sick and I am glad that people Tina Wood and Adam Sessler got out without being ruined by the network. I hope the best for Nikole Z and Kevin as well.

Just a hunch here but I'm guessing the jackass comments that go against what other people say just for the sake of being a pain in the ass is what earned you a single bubble.

Maybe, but in reality, there wasn't any uproar over the announcement of G4 going away that I saw. It's like we all expected it, and G4 had become so irrelevant. With the exception of their major events coverage, the site and show were pretty much trash. Once Sessler left, it was over. The writers for the G4 blog/newsfeed were horrible and extremely biased with no journalistic integrity... sure, there is a lot of that on the internet, but there shouldn't be from a site like G4. I never really liked G4, but I never really hated it either... it was just like "meh"... and I think a lot of people felt the same way, so whether the_worst is trolling or not, there are quite a few people who will agree. I would like them to have a decent send off though, and maybe show their best side as they go away.

Who doesn't agree? I mean G4 isn't even G4 anymore and it's been dead for years, finally it's getting a proper burial and everyone will just move on, i'm hoping somebody or some studio starts another gaming channel though.

I really hope they roll some fan favourite moments. Silent Theatre: Devil Summoner still rank pretty high in funniest scenes Ive watched on the channel.
