The price is pretty high for what they're giving. I'll wait for a sale. The reviewer mentions that having an accident is unforgiving to your overall time, but in reality, it would be the same way. Forza Horizon is a cross between an arcade racer and a sim, so this doesn't surprise me. Also, Need for Speed most wanted can be unforgiving in some of the harder races too, it's just part of racing. Sometimes you have to grind out a track and learn every curve before you can finish. Yes, I know how that sounds.
I agree this guy complaint is its to hard. This is not cod. Its a racing game. Play forza 4, gt5, f1 ect they require skill. A mistake in any race can be costly. Im happy to pay the money for it as i love the forza games and like what has been done with horizon.
Well to add to what i put before i have now download the dlc as i have the season pass and i really dont know what the reviewer is going on about.
Ive just done the 1st stage and this feels alot different to the main game. Feels more like the old rally games on the original xbox. (cant remember the name of it)
Your co driver is also very clear on what is coming up ahead and gives you tips on when to cut corners or to stay on the road ect.
As for hitting things ect this reviewer must not use his breaks or slow down at all because if you play the game like you would play any forza or gt game you cant just put your foot down and go as fast as you can.
I am a big fan of what pg did with horizon and to me this just makes the game even better.
@ mcstorm those were the original Collin McRae Racing and Rallisport Challenge. My biggest complaint about the DLC has to be legth of the complete rally.
