Another Delay, Another Worry For Bioshock Infinite?

"So we were recently given the partially devastating news that Bioshock Infinite has been delayed yet again to the 13th March 2013. Our painful wait has been extended and it makes everyone a sad panda (or person if you like).

I don’t want to be the voice of pessimism here, but after Bioshock Infinite’s 4th delay should we be wondering if the latest Bioshock is not as perfect as we are expecting? Does all this extended time hint that Irrational are struggling to create the game they truly want to create?"

Oh not this again. I think you "journalists" should do a better job and read other sites writing previews about how goddamn awesome the first few hours they played were, and watch/read Ken Levine's interviews.

And it's had 2 delays.

- Release date announced in March 2012 for October 2012.
- Announcement of 1st delay in May 2012 for Feb 2013 release.
- Announcement of 2nd delay in December 2012 for a March 2013 release.

I honestly don't understand WHY so many sites are taking this angle. They're all acting like delays are out of the ordinary when in fact you'd be hard pressed to find a high-profile game that made the initial release date...

Who cares if they delayed it a month. I'd rather have it polished and get most if not all the major bugs out to ensure a smooth gameplay experience.

Whatever that month already belonged to Sly Cooper for me
