'The War Z' is a Husk of a Game, Buyers Accuse Developers of Fraud

Gameranx: "Buyers of 'The War Z' are accusing the game's developers of defrauding them with false promises." (PC, The War Z)

The game is crap. it's a habit for that guy Titov to make false promises.

DO NOT BUY WarZ
1. it's a total blatant rip off of DaYZ and they have been telling Lies that they had the game in the works before DayZ.

2. it's just a money grab and they have no intentions of fixing the horrible issues with it on the PC side.

3. They are basically riping PC Gamers off to finance a console version (although a console version would be a better fit for WarZ).

4. Go buy DayZ if you want a TRUE PC Game that delivers quality and good customer support along with WEEKLY updates and patches.

5. Do your research and go check out all the good PC Gamer forums and you will hear all the bad things about WarZ.

What do you expect from a game that's basically one huge rip off of Day Z?
Games4M - Rob  +   829d ago
there are plenty of games which rip off something else without being shitty glitch filled rip offs.
inf3cted1  +   829d ago
They were the same devs who made Big Rigs.... so yeah what were you expecting?

Hahahaha oh man, that's hilarious.

I bought crappy games on Steam before. Nothing you can do but move on and tell others how crappy it is. Steam does not give refunds. #1 reason everything is always on sale. Try to email customer service. They will copy and paste a response.

If you Live in the UK Steam HAS to give you a refund. Look up steam refunds in uk and everyone gets refunds who live in uk.

Uk law overrides any agreement digital, paper, signed or not.

That is awesome. Wish we had it here(USA).

I once wanted a refund from Steam and disputed it with Paypal. Steam then locked me out of my account.

I've gotten refunds from steam, if you're insistent enough they will give you the refund

'you'll need those if you intend on leveling up and outfitting your player character'

Lmfao on steam it says 'No Classes, No Levels, No Caps: Create your own survival....'

Hmmmmm

some dude lies on reddit and people forget to follow up on the story love it... truth about the game its not long out of alpha and there will be a level system for added stamina n crap. crying about dayz is pointless competition breeds better games

this whole story is actually quite entertaining.

if you bought the game, though, you don't deserve a refund. It clearly was a rip off from the start, and it never looked any good.

If people are STILL unaware of the endless mountain of controversy and lies regarding this shitty game and its dev, and STILL shell out their money for it, then they deserve what they get, an utter piece of garbage. Idiots abound.
