Since going free-to-play, BioWare and "Star Wars: The Old Republic" are not slowing down. The developer announced the game's first expansion today and pre-orders are already available for the "Rise of the Hutt Cartel" expansion.
Pre-ordering comes with benefits, of course. Picking up the expansion before Jan. 7, 2013 at 11:59 pm CST grants the player five days of early access to it. It will set a non-subscribed player back $19.99, but subscribers will pay only $9.99.
