Trine 2: Director's Cut Review | GameSpot

GameSpot: "Trine 2: Director's Cut is a visually breathtaking platformer, but unsatisfying puzzles make it less enchanting than it should be." (Trine 2: Director's Cut, Wii U) 6.5/100

well in defense of one of the author's arguments, there is an update next week which will add voice chat for online multiplayer, which honestly I felt was it's only shortcoming.

Other than that, this game is utterly fantastic, and the definitive console version for sure. Another one of those weird reviews where everyone has been giving it 8+/10 and then you get one bad egg like this one.

Gamespot even gave the Xbox 360 version an 8.5 in December of 2011, and the Wii U version is vastly superior.

I agree. This game is way better than 6.5.
