Gi - Unless you’ve been living under a rock you’ve most likely been unable to escape the epic presence of Bethesda‘s title, Skyrim. For gamers who haven’t had a chance to play the game I’d like to take this opportunity to describe what it is that makes Skyrim such a fantastic experience.
1) Not generally into first person perspective games.
2) Not into grunge design.
3) Not into the loose narrative presented.
And hearing that putting a bucket on an NPC's head allows you to anything tells me that the narrative is loose or breakable.
However, I think this game was heavily plagued with negative news.
Everywhere you turn, all you hear is;
Oh, the game is too huge/not huge enough
Oh, the game is poorly designed
Oh, the glitches literally paralysed my real-life legs (felt like an arrow to the knee...)
Personally I think it's a garbage game.
I understand why some people don't like it but I've enjoyed this game a lot.
Despite the bugs, this game is epic in scale and a must-have for any RPG fan. Not recommended for whiny babies that complain about everything
I like it, but morrowind is better.
In it's defence, any game that gives me 90 hrs of enjoyment is amazing.
Most importantly the combat was even worse than Oblivions (which was terrible) and well you get the point. Skyrim is for me one of the most overrated games ever, whilst although Dark Souls has a cult following, it is one of the most underrated games ever.
Ultimately it felt stale and had a general been there done that vibe.
