For anyone's shooting needs Killzone 3 and Socom 4 do a good job with the move (even better with the sharpshooter). Also RUSE is pretty good (especially considering you could pick up that game really cheaply at the moment)
I agree RTSs on consoles work better with motion controls but.... the 800 pound gorilla in the room is still console maker's reluctance to embrace K/M. They allow steering wheels for racing, arcade twin sticks for fighting, and motion controls for on-rails shooters all to enhance the core gameplay yet K/M is the devil to Sony, MS, and Nintendo for FPSs, RTSs, and even RPGs?
No it's not, it's up to the developer to include it. Unreal Tournament 3 supported it and so did Counter Strike Global Offensive.
As for Move. Killzone 3, Socom 4, and Resistance 3 are awesome using it! If you are a fan of light gun games, this will be right up your alley. Can't wait to play Bioshock Infinite with the Move.
