PureSophsitry: Why South Park: The Stick of Truth Will Rock Your Socks Off

South Park hasn't had a very good line of games--sure the previous releases are quite old, dating all the way back to PlayStation and Nintendo 64...but all that is about to change.

The Stick of Truth is a diamond that will no doubt redeem the terrible games based on the franchise, shining crazily within the muck of previous South Park games and promising hours of hilarious, engrossing RPG action unlike any other game around.

Forged in current-gen graphics that adequately portray the show's cartoonish style without alienating fans with bizarre and awkward 3-D renders, The Stick of Truth stays true to the show, bring authentic voices of all of your favorite characters. In essence, it's very much like coordinating your very own series of episode (PC, PS3, South Park: The Stick of Truth, Xbox 360)

Most anticipated game of 2013, by far.

I wouldn't say that it is my most anticipated game because I am VERY cautious of South Park titles. Needless to say the game looks so full full of South Park charm it is pratically begging for me to buy it. I am very surprised by what has been accomplished and it looks like a lot of care has been put in to it.

As a South Park fan and as a fan of RPG games I am finding hard to remain "cautious" and I am starting to get hyped.

This game is basically a SouthPark Movie that you are playing /featuring in.

Same humor...not holding back....but epic story like the movie, or imagination land or something similar.

I remember hearing about this game a while back, but I'm surprised it still exists. I'm curiously intrigued by it...even though I'm not really in to South Park anymore. But I AM in to RPG's, and if this game pulls it off then it might just turn in to something special.
