Ron Gilbert’s The Cave preview – ‘Monkey Island has to be a point ‘n’ click adventure game’ | Metro

Metro: "The graphic adventure has never died, but it’s been on life support now for decades. Even Telltale Games, the recent champion of the genre, only found real success when they abandoned the old point ‘n’ click template for the award-winning The Walking Dead. And even LucasArts veterans Tim Schafer and Ron Gilbert have avoided returning to the genre, although The Cave does come very close." (PC, PS3, The Cave, Xbox 360)
