Insomniac reveals Fuse's 'co-petitive' Echelon mode | Polygon

Polygon: "I was able to test out a match of Fuse's Echelon mode with some strangers. We played on a dock map, with various raised metallic levels and a boat floating in the middle. I took on the role of Izzy Sinclair, a spunky soldier equipped with a shattergun that can crystallize foes." (Fuse, PS3, Xbox 360)

I feel a little sad about Insomniac not being able to haul in as many interested gamers with this title. It's probably because the shift in art style for Fuse.

Sadly, still, I won't be picking this game up. I've been a fan of the Resistance series. I know its popularity dwindled after the 2-weapon system that is Resistance 2, but after 3, my faith in IG came back. Thing is, they might not make another Resistance game in the future.
