I can not think of any other developers that go through this much to tease as much as Kojima and his team, if it turns out to be a Metal gear title. I didn't understand the whale though, it looks similar to the one from the Life of Pi trailers.

Hooollly shiit I just thought of something.

Could this man be... Liquid ?

The missing harm, the looking of Snake, the British flags ?
Liquid Snake was killed before his arm was removed. As far as I know, all the Snakes died with both arms intact.

But, you know, never let pesky little things like facts get in the way of a good rumor.

Ocelot removed one of liquids arm (left) to replace the one he lost Grey Fox in MGS. Liquid also died of Fox Die, which could be fake since he had all the superior genes compared to solid snake.

Just my 2 cents, would be awesome thougth. Liquid is by far my favorite character in gaming.

EDIT: Nevermind, it's the right arm so it cannot be liquid.

The soldiers in the trailer look the same as the soldiers in the trailer for Ground Zero's, same for the helicopter. "This pirate crackdown is a go", and a hook for an arm is a pirate trademark, just like an eye-patch.
