Ubisoft explains why vehicles were not included in Far Cry 3 MP & the differences between Far Cry 2

I love Far Cry 3 but the online is terrible...it's a COD clone to the max.

Sorry but I think people would of rather had vehicles then a copy of Call of Duty with crappy little gimmicks to make the game easier. Next time listen to what fans want Ubisoft...lets not forget if they added them online then they would of had them on the Map Editor another letdown since it limits peoples creativity.

I hope they patch this in at least and I hope they give us some flying vechiles like Planes/helicopters in the single player, the maps big enough and I mean really...who's going to actually land it properly after you get the parachute/wingsuit.

TBH in FC2 the vehicles were rarely used in multiplayer, but I do agree with you.

you must be joking malaria was one of the most annoying things in Far Cry 2.

Far Cry 1/Instintcs had such a great multiplayer on the original Xbox its a shame that even 7-8 years later the sequels never improved on the original when it comes about multiplayer.

Ubisoft better focus on making the singleplayer even more enjoyable.

Honestly they should just stop with all this unlocking rewards B.S. for this game. A custom games browser would work miracles, a bare-bones make your map, host your own match, browse through others, would be perfect for this game (even if there's host advantage).

Plus it would make great use of the map editor. I would even call it innovative if it means breaking the mold by going back to old school.

So far i enjoyed far cry 2 a little more but ive only put an hour into singleplayer the multi on fc2 was really fun and the vehicles are missed.
