Valve is testing Dota 2 on tablets

This past Friday at the VGAs, Kotaku’s Jason Schreier caught Gabe Newell and asked him if Valve was working on any “interesting software projects”. Gabe replied with an answer I am sure no one saw coming.
“We were working on getting Dota 2 running on some tablets… That ended up being kind of a disappointment. But the good news is that tablets are getting faster very quickly, so I think we’ll get the kind of performance we want and other game developers want in the near future.”
- Kotaku
Gabe then followed up with ”It’s a good one for us to test with,”. Possibly hinting at other Valve titles such as half-Life and Left 4 Dead might be getting the same treatment in up coming releases... (Dev, Dota 2, Industry, Mobile, PC, Valve)

Always seemed like a game type that could be translated well on tablet devices. Hope it works for them.

"There is nothing more frustrating than the inaccessibility of PC gaming."

Lol, I didn't realize that operating a computer was a difficult task.
Yes for some.. This is america man.. Everything is made for you making things is just to much for the modern brain. This is why they have kinect to say "xbox on" or "xbox off".

No time for that high tech nerd virgin complex stuff like pressing "power on" buttons.

Back to Cod, reality shows & chips/soda .
