Wii U Hardware Review | The Future Has Arrived... [Dealspwn]

Dealspwn writes: The Wii U is fantastic fun and brims with potential. Critically, the Gamepad is responsive, latency-free and versatile enough to support an entirely new generation of games. Perhaps even new genres. Early adopters will certainly enjoy the launch experience and Miiverse community, with some tantalising titles to look forward to over the coming months and one of the most exciting peripherals on the market.

But though the future is bright, the Wii U isn't quite ready yet. A horrendously slow (if slickly-designed) operating system bogs users down in ridiculous wait times, while download speeds leave much to be desired. The fact that so many core features aren't present in the box is clear evidence of a desperately rushed launch, compounded by the lack of an exclusive killer app that uses the Wii U's unique features to full advantage. i take it you never played a wii u then, unfortunatly people judge before playing which is stupid, my mrs wasn't convinced about the idea she would rather play my playstation, but then she played the wii u and actually really enjoys it, my mate also wasn't convinced on the idea, he would rather play xbox and was thinking about buying a ps3, then he played trine 2 and zombiu on my wii u and is comleatly sold on it and is thinking about buying one instead of ps3. just shows you dont know what to think until you play it. and yes it is the future its like nothing ive played on before and i have owned every console as im not a closed minded moron.
