2012′s best Playstation soundtracks – the finest game music of the year

It’s not all about the looks you know. With Journey scooping a Grammy nomination for it’s soundtrack we look back at some of the finest PlayStation soundtracks of 2012. Are you favorites in there? (Borderlands 2, Journey, Mass Effect 3, Max Payne 3 , PC, PS3, Sound Shapes, Xbox 360)

I watched a 1:17 hr long u-tubeer last night on someone making the whole game (Journey) at that span. It was a fantastic show!

But I would never really enjoy it myself as much. The music score is very good and catches the mood. Many games can do that, but classic music is actually THE music that appeals to every culture and person ...if not infested by rock'n roll. lol.

Best game? If you look at the whole pool of games, I think Journey is not really there, but a big fat elogue to those making it.

I was sitting through this vid and thought about a game where the person starts alive and goes from this life to the next in this kind of world to encounter its killer, whom also died. But you play when he/she was alive and gets some context as to why all the pieces comes together. In a short intro like game.
